Postage & Handling

Postage and insurance are included (unless otherwise specified). I deliver domestically in Australia or internationally. Please allow 7 to 10 days. The insurance covers lost and damaged artworks. You will get a full refund if the artwork is lost. If the artwork is damaged, you will get a full refund plus your return postage costs up to $AU20 once I receive the damaged artwork. Please note that all refunds are in Australian dollars and any exchange rate losses are not refunded.
Postage includes a delivery confirmation. Within Australia, it also requires person-to-person signature verification.
After I receive payment, the artwork will be delivered to you in a purpose built cylinder matching its size. Based on experience, this provides more than sufficient protection. 
As part of the delivery, you will receive the following:
  • Artwork rolled in a cylinder signed and dated
  • Certificate of Authenticity detailing the material used and a short description of the artwork
  • A tax receipt for the purchase
As for any further document you require, we can discuss them at the time of purchase.
Payments are normally done using PayPal which also supports credit card payments without having a PayPal account. You can also contact me directly using the contact page to discuss alternative methods of payment.

Please note that when an artwork is sold, I keep the right to use its electronic image in my future or past marketing activities. This is partly for practical reasons as I cannot wipe it from the internet after it has sold. However, I do not have the right to sell, resell or otherwise print or reprint the image in any way.
